Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-05-19

1. Who We Are

This policy is published by SlashLogixx, operating through Micronexx Corporation, a Florida corporation, the entity that owns and operates the Spark platform and SlashLogixx-branded products. References below to "we," "us," and "our" mean the SlashLogixx / Micronexx entity.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit a SlashLogixx site, interact with a SlashLogixx-operated product, or use the Spark platform; why we collect it; who we share it with; and what choices and rights you have.

If you are a customer of one of our customers (for example, a guest of a hotel that runs on Spark, or a buyer of an Estate Millwork product), the customer is the controller of your data and their privacy notice governs your relationship with them. SlashLogixx processes your data on their behalf as their processor.

3. Data We Collect

4. Why We Use It

5. Marketing

SlashLogixx may send commercial messages about Spark or related products to a customer's listed business contact. Every commercial message includes a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing.

6. AI Processing

The Spark platform routes user prompts and content to AI providers under contractual commitments that prohibit training shared models on that content and prohibit retention beyond the round-trip request. The full current list of AI subprocessors is on the Subprocessors page.

7. Where Data Lives

SlashLogixx hosts production systems in the United States. Subprocessors may operate in other regions; the Subprocessors page lists the geographic footprint of each. For customers requiring data residency in a specific region, see the Spark Connect tier.

8. How Long We Keep It

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@slashlogixx.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful bases for processing are: performance of a contract with you or your employer; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the platform.

10. Children

The Spark platform and SlashLogixx-operated products are not directed to children under sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact privacy@slashlogixx.com and we will delete it.

11. Cookies

SlashLogixx sites use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Trust Center or the Spark marketing site. Other SlashLogixx-operated sites may use analytics cookies, which are disclosed in those sites' own privacy notices.

12. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially reduces your rights or expands the categories of data we collect, we will notify active customers at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.

13. Contact
