6. Subprocessor Change Notifications
Customers under a signed Data Processing Addendum may subscribe to advance email notification of new or removed subprocessors. The standard notification window is thirty (30) days unless the master agreement states otherwise. Subscribe by writing to security@slashlogixx.com.
7. Customer-Side Subprocessors (Spark Connect & Connect BYOK)
On Spark Connect BYOK, the customer chooses and contracts with its own AI provider and LLM endpoint, and on Connect and Connect BYOK with its own VPC infrastructure. SlashLogixx is not a subprocessor of those customer-selected vendors and does not maintain this list on the customer's behalf.
