6. Subprocessor Change Notifications
Customers under a signed Data Processing Addendum may subscribe to advance email notification of new or removed subprocessors. The standard notification window is thirty (30) days unless the master agreement states otherwise. Subscribe by writing to security@slashlogixx.com.
7. Customer-Side Subprocessors (Spark Studio & OnPrem)
For Spark Studio and Spark OnPrem deployments, the customer chooses and contracts with its own infrastructure, AI, and communications providers. SlashLogixx is not a subprocessor of those vendors and does not maintain this list on the customer's behalf.
